What is a Healthy Lifestyle?
To feel good in your mind you have to feel good in your body. The best way to do that is to have a healthy lifestyle. But what do we mean by that?
For a long time, we asked ourselves the same question over and over and we realized that in order to achieve this goal we had to do some changes in our lives. After years of brainstorming and trials together, we finally agreed (and that is not always easy in a couple) that a healthy lifestyle is for us a combination of 3 factors:

You probably already heard the quote: "you are what you eat" and that's exactly what we think. We will explain how some food habit adjustments can help.
⋆ Factor 2: Habits
Sports, activities or just going for a walk. How do you manage to stay active throughout your days? We will give some tips on how to get and keep healthy habits.
⋆ Factor 3: Pleasure
We call the third factor, the pleasure factor! What do you do to make you happy in your life? We'll share our experience and give you some ideas.

Our goal is to help you to be a better version of yourself and to live a happy life with your better half.
